Die Einwohner werden Bignolais genannt.

Geographie

Bignoux liegt etwa acht Kilometer ostnordöstlich vom Stadtzentrum von Poitiers. Umgeben wird Bignoux von den Nachbargemeinden Montamisé im Norden und Nordwesten, Liniers im Osten und Nordosten, Lavoux im Osten, Sèvres-Anxaumont im Süden sowie Poitiers im Westen.
