Lage

Das Gemeindegebiet ist Teil des Regionalen Naturparks Corbières-Fenouillèdes. Nachbargemeinden von Feilluns sind Saint-Martin-de-Fenouillet im Norden, Ansignan im Osten, Trilla im Südosten, Pézilla-de-Conflent im Süden, Prats-de-Sournia im Südwesten und Le Vivier im Westen.
