Lage

Die Gemeinde gehört zum Regionalen Naturpark Pyrénées Catalanes. An der südwestlichen Gemeindegrenze verläuft der Fluss Cabrils, der zur Têt entwässert. Nachbargemeinden von Oreilla sind Sansa im Norden, Olette im Osten, Canaveilles im Süden, Ayguatébia-Talau im Westen und Railleu im Nordwesten.
