Humela (Humeta) ist ein osttimoresischer Ort im Suco Lauala (Verwaltungsamt Ermera, Gemeinde Ermera).[1] Das Dorf liegt im Nordosten der Aldeia Nona Bite, in einer Meereshöhe von 956 m.[2] Östlich fließt der Gleno, der zum Flusssystem des Lóis gehört.[1] Nordwestlich befindet sich das Dorf Sari.[2]
