IC 154 ist eine Spiralgalaxie in Kantenstellung vom Hubble-Typ Sb im Sternbild Fische auf der Ekliptik. Sie ist schätzungsweise 251 Millionen Lichtjahre von der Milchstraße entfernt und hat einen Durchmesser von etwa 110.000 Lichtjahren. Vom Sonnensystem aus entfernt sich die Galaxie mit einer errechneten Radialgeschwindigkeit von näherungsweise 5.500 Kilometern pro Sekunde.

Das Objekt wurde am 15. Dezember 1892 vom französischen Astronomen Stéphane Javelle entdeckt.[4]
