Ipuli ist ein Verwaltungsbezirk (englisch Ward) des Distrikts Tabora (MC) in der tansanischen Region Tabora.

Geografie

Ipuli ist ein städtischer Bezirk im westlichen Teil des zentralen Hochlands von Tansania, er liegt nordöstlich des Zentrums der Regionshauptstadt Tabora.[2] Bei der Volkszählung 2022 lebten 20.816 Menschen in 5410 Haushalten[3] auf einer Fläche von 5,7 Quadratkilometern.[4]

Der Bezirk grenzt an vier Bezirke des Distrikts Tabora (MC):[5]

Gliederung

Der Bezirk besteht aus vier Stadtteilen (swahili Mtaa):[6]

  • Nyerere
  • Mtungandi
  • Majengo
  • Mlenda

Infrastruktur

  • Bildung: Im Bezirk gibt es zwei weiterführende Schulen.[7] Die Ipuli Secondary School[8] und die Isevya Secondary School[9] sind beide staatliche Tagesschulen mit einer Ausbildung bis zur 4. Stufe.
  • Gesundheit: In Ipuli liegt ein staatliches Gesundheitszentrum.[10]
