Geographie

Semillac liegt etwa 64 Kilometer nördlich von Bordeaux. Umgeben wird Semillac von den Nachbargemeinden Consac im Norden, Saint-Dizant-du-Bois im Osten, Saint-Martial-de-Mirambeau im Süden sowie Semoussac im Südwesten und Westen.
