Ioannes II Comnenus (Graece Ἰωάννης Κομνηνός; natus die 13 Septembris 1087; mortuus 8 Aprilis 1143)[1] fuit imperator Romanorum orientalium.

Ioannes fuit filius imperatoris Alexii I Comneni et Irenae Ducaenae; imperium tenuit ab anno 1118. Successor ei fuit Manuel I Comnenus.

Ioannes Priscam Hungariae principissam anno 1104 in matrimonium duxit et ex ea octo liberos genuit, scilicet:
