Antazolin pripada prvog generaciji antihistamina koji isto tako imaju antiholinergična svojstva. On se koristi za olakšavanje nazalne kongestije i u kapima za oči, obično u kombinaciji sa nafazolinom, radi olakšavanja simptoma alergijskog konjunktivitisa.[6]
