"Stitches" adalah lagu oleh penyanyi asal Kanada, Shawn Mendes, untuk album studio debutnya, Handwritten (2015). Lagu ini awalnya dirilis ke iTunes melalui Island Records pada 16 Maret 2015 sebagai trek eksklusif pre-order album dan kemudian dikirim ke radio melalui Republic Records pada 5 Mei 2015 sebagai single resmi ketiga dari album.[2] "Stitches" adalah lagu pertama oleh Mendes yang muncul di tangga lagu Billboard airplay, serta memulai debutnya di nomor 36 di tangga lagu Mainstream Top 40 pada Juni 2015 dan akhirnya mencapai nomor satu. Lagu ini menjadi top 10 singel pertama Mendes di Billboard Hot 100 di nomor empat.[3] "Stitches" juga mencapai 10 besar di Canadian Hot 100, memuncak pada nomor 10. Lagu ini menduduki nomor satu di Chart Slotop50 Slovenia, Scottish Charts Company dan UK Singles Chart dan mencapai 5 teratas di Jerman, Irlandia, Australia dan Selandia Baru. Lagu ini dinominasikan untuk Choice Music Single: Male Artist di Teen Choice Awards 2015.[4]
