UTV Software Communications (disingkat UTV) adalah konglomerat media massa India yang dimiliki oleh The Walt Disney Company India. UTV didirikan sebagai United Television Software Communications pada 22 Juni 1990 oleh Ronnie dan Zarina Screwvala.

Perusahaan ini kemudian menjadi perusahaan publik, pada tanggal 27 November 1995, dan berganti nama menjadi UTV Software Communications pada 19 Maret 1998.[1] UTV terdaftar di Bursa Efek Bombay dan Bursa Saham Nasional India, dan bagian gambar bergeraknya, UTV Motion Pictures Plc terdaftar di Alternative Investment Market (AIM) di Bursa Saham London.

Pada Agustus 2006, The Walt Disney Company mengakuisisi 14.85 persen saham di UTV.[2] Kemudian meningkat menjadi 32.1 persen pada tahun 2008, tingkat yang sama dengan pendiri UTV, Ronnie Screwvala dan Zarina Screwvala.[3] Sisa saham kemudian diperdagangkan secara publik. Disney akhirnya meningkatkan kepemilikannya di UTV menjadi 100% pada 2012, menjadikan UTV Communications Software sebagai anak perusahaan yang sepenuhnya dimiliki.[4]
