Die Texas Open 2004 fanden vom 30. März bis 4. April 2004 in Houston, Texas, in den Vereinigten Staaten statt. Das Squashturnier der Damen war Teil der WSA World Tour 2003/04 und gehörte zur Kategorie WSA Gold 35. Das Preisgeld betrug 42.500 US-Dollar.
Vorjahressiegerin war Carol Owens, die zu Beginn des Jahres ihre Karriere beendet hatte und damit nicht erneut antrat. Im Finale der beiden topgesetzten Spielerinnen setzte sich Rachael Grinham gegen Cassie Jackman mit 9:5, 9:5 und 9:5 durch.
Das Teilnehmerfeld der Damenkonkurrenz bestand aus 16 Spielerinnen, davon vier Startplätze für Qualifikantinnen. Die besten acht Spielerinnen wurden gesetzt. Eine Wildcard wurde nicht vergeben.
