Zimone ist eine Gemeinde in der italienischen Provinz Biella (BI), Region Piemont.

Lage und Einwohner

Die 376 Einwohner (Stand 31. Dezember 2024) zählende Gemeinde liegt 17 km südlich von der Provinzhauptstadt Biella auf dem südöstlichen Ausläufer der Serra d’Ivrea, am nordwestlichen Rand des Canavese-Gebirges, unweit des Lago di Viverone.

Die Nachbargemeinden sind Cerrione, Magnano, Piverone, Roppolo und Viverone.

Verkehrsanbindung

In 12 km Entfernung besteht ein Anschluss an die Verbindungsautobahn A47A5. Von hier hat man sehr gute Anschlüsse in alle Richtungen.

Im 9 Kilometer östlich gelegenen Salussola besteht ein Bahnhof an der Bahnstrecke Santhià-Biella, mit guten Verbindungen in Santhià und Biella weiter nach Turin, Mailand, Novara und Arona.
