Pietraporzio (pronuncia Pietrapòrzio, /pjɛtraˈpɔrʦjo/[4]; Peiropurch in piemontese, Pèirapuerc in occitano) è un comune italiano di 70 abitanti della provincia di Cuneo in Piemonte.

È situato in Val Stura, lungo il fiume omonimo, a una quindicina di chilometri dal colle della Maddalena (confine di stato con la Francia).

Lo stemma e il gonfalone sono stati concessi con decreto del presidente della Repubblica del 5 dicembre 1984.[5] Il gonfalone è un drappo partito di bianco e di azzurro.
