Die Gemeinde Galametz liegt an der Canche im Artois, 32 Kilometer südöstlich von Montreuil-sur-Mer. Nachbargemeinden von Galametz sind Wail im Westen und Norden, Fillièvres im Osten und Südosten sowie Quœux-Haut-Maînil im Südwesten.
