Lage

Die kleine Gemeinde Mencas liegt im Artois an der oberen Leie (Lys), 27 Kilometer ostnordöstlich von Montreuil-sur-Mer. Nachbargemeinden von Mencas sind Dennebrœucq im Norden, Reclinghem im Nordosten, Vincly im Osten, Matringhem im Südosten, Radinghem im Südwesten sowie Audincthun im Nordwesten.
