Lage

Die Gemeinde Maninghem liegt im Artois, 14 Kilometer nordöstlich von Montreuil-sur-Mer. Nachbargemeinden von Maninghem sind Wicquinghem im Norden, Avesnes im Osten, Herly im Südosten, Quilen im Süden, Bimont im Westen sowie Hucqueliers im Nordwesten. Durch die Gemeinde Maninghem führt die Fernstraße D 126 von Montreuil-sur-Mer nach Saint-Omer.
