Die Gemeinde Preures liegt im Artois in einem Seitental der Course, 20 Kilometer ostnordöstlich der Küstenstadt Étaples und 20 Kilometer südöstlich von Boulogne-sur-Mer. Nachbargemeinden von Preures sind Bourthes im Nordosten, Hucqueliers im Osten, Bimont im Südosten, Alette und Clenleu im Süden, Beussent im Südwesten, Enquin-sur-Baillons im Westen sowie Bezinghem im Nordwesten.
