Die Gemeinde Parenty liegt im Artois an der oberen Course, 18 Kilometer südöstlich von Boulogne-sur-Mer und 18 Kilometer nordöstlich von Montreuil-sur-MerNachbargemeinden von Parenty sind Lacres sind Nordwesten, Doudeauville im Norden, Bezinghem im Osten, Hubersent im Südwesten sowie Beussent im Süden.
