Lage

Die Gemeinde Verchin liegt im Zentrum des Artois nahe der Quelle der Leie (Lys), 27 Kilometer östlich von Montreuil-sur-Mer. Nachbargemeinden von Verchin sind Lugy im Norden, Hézecques im Nordosten, Lisbourg im Osten, Crépy im Südosten, Ambricourt im Süden, Tramecourt im Südwesten, Canlers im Westen sowie Fruges im Nordwesten. Im Süden der Gemeinde Verchin stehen neun Windkraftanlagen als Teil eines interkommunalen Windparks.
