Sambal rias
Sambal rias merupakan sambal khas masyarakat Batak Toba. Sambal rias terkenal di Sumatera Utara (Simalungun dan Tapanuli Utara).[1]
Sambal rias terbuat dari tanaman yang banyak ditemukan di Sumatera Utara, iaitu tanaman Rias atau dikenali sebagai kecombrang.[2]
